Shorter projects

  • Designs that helped STBL.io's founder close a first investment round, before any code was written. (2023 · Groto) — STBL.io tokenises gold and silver one-to-one against bullion in insured vaults. Before this, it ran entirely offline. At Groto we designed the platform from scratch: buy, sell, convert and redeem metal-backed tokens; vault management and approvals for admins; system controls for super-admins; on a design system built from the ground up. The designs helped the founder close a first investment round (the amount is under NDA) before development began, and saved about 20% of the initial build cost.
  • A visible size row and a live preview lifted &Circus's mobile conversion 15%. (2023 · Groto) — India's first inclusive, body-positive underwear brand had a loyal social following and a website that wasn't converting — with over 80% of visitors on phones. I rebuilt the mobile product page, replacing the size dropdowns with a visible size row and a live preview. Conversion rose 15% month over month. It was part of Groto's mobile-first redesign of the whole site.
  • Timelines and Kanban boards cut WithLuna's ticket-closing time 40%. (2023 · Groto) — WithLuna AI, a SaaS company: its product managers' workflow, streamlined. I introduced timelines and Kanban boards into the product-manager workflow. Ticket-closing time fell 40%, and the workflow changes saved about 35% in cost.
  • A concept dashboard for Yatra's property partners. (2024 · BigOh Tech) — A concept: add a new property, then see what it earns, its total bookings and the rest on one screen, so the numbers can be scanned in seconds.
